Title: Alloy respray
Post by: jedi on March 28, 2013, 11:46:43 pm
Thinking of getting my edy 30 wheels resprayed in gloss black.  I have the standard bbs ones.  The car is black.  What do you guys think?  Would it look good or leave it as it is?

Anyone know what kind of cost I will be looking at to get them resprayed?

Cheers  :happy2:

Will look fine fella, IMHO Black cars look good with light or dark wheels. I'd say budget for around £300-£400.  :happy2:

Look at powdercoating as a higher quality and more durable option than painting.

Cool.  Cheers for the replies. Will look into it.  Seen on here lots of black monzas but not too many bbs edy wheels though.

I think grey would look better personally, as from a distance some black wheels look like steelies.

Im not a fan of black wheels, they blur into one with no definition at times
