Title: Can gateway part number

Hi just found a can gateway from a guy round near me breaking a 2011 a3 2.0 s line with a part number I've not come across in any guides about battery drain and I'm unsure if I can use it, but I've been offered it cheap and I've got VCDS, so

 

Does anybody know if this part number will work in my 2004 Golf 2.0

8P0 907 530C

HW 1K0 907 951 (HH43?)

Eddies not willing to give me advice on it as he sells gateways, which is fair enough.. Anybody else have any ideas?
