I hope that someone on here could answer my question.  Here goes, I want to update my CV with my current job role (albeit temporary contractor).  Now, heres the thing, I left Shaw Energy & Chemicals Group (MK) in June 2012 and they asked me back at the beginning of November 2012, but in the mean time Shaw in MK got taken over/bought by Technip

So what does one put on my CV.  The job role has not changed, so would I put something like Shaw Energy & Chemicals acquired by Technip E&C Limited 2012?

I've been in the same situation lately, I used the most impressive company name of the both - ( the one that would the new employer would be most impressed by ) :happy2:

You should put it as

Technip E&C (previously shaw energy)
