Hi all...
Originally signed up to view the classifieds (hey at least I'm honest) and just branch out a little from uk-mkivs... But might as well post up..
So hi, I'm Jay, I have a Reflex silver Mk5 1.9 TDI SE, which I've owned for over 2 years now and nearly 60,000 miles and sunk over £15k into the car over the years. After doing a lot of research to find the right car at the right price... The wait paid off and I ended up with this one.. which I have named "Bobrick".
It was completely standard when I bought it, and while it looks fairly OEM still, which is what I wanted, to the enthusiast... :wink:
Before I am shunned for having a diesel, it has 221bhp and 365lb ft of torque. :driver:
I am from Newbury in Berkshire, but don't be surprised if you see me anywhere in the country as I get around a bit.. I also attend most VW shows throughout the year.
I guess I will get a thread made up over in Members rides at some point.

alot more interaction on this forum for mk5 owners, and loads of friendly advice as well.

:fighting2 after a lot of that i found a nice car with not a lot done to it aswell for 5k so looking forwards to getting it started
