After only having my car for a week I have discovered rust bubbles on the rear driver-side wheel arch just above plastic bodykit. I have also found some right at the bottom of the front wheel arch. I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't spot it before I bought the car but I'll see if the vw dealer I bought it from will fix it under the anti corrosion warranty. My car has full vw service history and reasonably low mileage for a 2005 plate.
Can anyone offer any advice before I approach the vw dealer?
thanks, Gary

There is a very long rust warranty success thread on here - have a read through as lots of good advice on there :happy2:

The front wing should be fixed/replaced free of charge if it hasnt been previously repaired or painted - I've just emailed you some info on this. Not sure you'll get the rear wing done other than as a gesture of goodwill though...so hopefully you didnt buy from Arnold Clark?!

Yeah someone on another golf forum I am on had similar issue to you on their front wings and managed to get it sorted under warranty. I would speak your local dealer as already said.
