Tried removing sun visor lights and just cracked it all. How do these come our?
Also anyone with a back one spare pls let me know

Right, it's really simple. The glass does not come out. The bit closer to the back of the car that looks like an air vent or speaker grill, pry that open from the sun-glasses holder side. Then remove it. There are two T20 torx bolts, remove them then pop the whole inside bit out. Unplug the wire.
I don't know how you would go about replacing the glass...

Sunvisor ones? You mean the ones under the sunvisor or the ones in the centre console?
Also: If you mean the reading lights in the centre, as above post really.. If you were just looking to change the bulbs, I'm pretty sure you can just unpry it? I'm almost certain when I swapped my interior bulbs out, I pryed the glass out.

You can see in the picture taken from the link above, where I mean about the clips in the plastic/glass thing.
