My GTi has started to get a few gremlins recently, the most annoying is a bang which appears to come from the drive train when the DSG changes gear at full load and torque, then disappears as the revs build again. Hoping its a engine mount away as the car seems to drive fine any other time. Also the snorkel for the air intake keeps pulling off and clear of the airbox which I know is another clue. Thing is, I have no idea where the mounts are on the GTi and haven't a clue how to check them, any help would be appreciated
PS. if its not a mount what the fook could it be ??? lol
