I'd appreciate any help with this intermittent oddity:
I still have the original RCD300 in my 07 GTI. It's been working fine but - very occasionally - it's started to get one notch louder as I slow down. It might be getting quieter as I accelerate, too, but I can't swear to it.
I've tried turning the Gala speed-related volume feature off (down to zero), but I don't think it's helped. Besides which, I find Gala quite useful, so I'd rather it worked as it was supposed to.
Any ideas?
