Title: extrior rear quarter moulding how to take it off

as above guys does any one no how to take it off as i need to paint it cheers gordon

Use a plastic filler spreader and push it behind moulding. Scrape the whole way round the outside edge. And then it will come off. Start from top left and go right and underneath Back left again. They are time consuming removing adhesive and refitting though. Prob best to buy a new one, paint it and fit that as it comes with the tape on it. Or mask car and paint it on... I would do that if you were just painting the moulding.   :happy2: save all the messing about...

spot i think I will get it painted on the car save a lot off hassle
