Title: Original Gti floor Mats

Hi all,

I have just bought a 56 plate MK5 Gti, but the car did not come with any floor mats!

I have had a look on eBay and although they all claim they will fit MK5 golf, they all seem to be different shapes and sizes!

Does anyone had any ideas on which would be the correct shape to get? Any suggestions or links to eBay would be appreciated!

You can get the mats from the VW dealer, I think your car needs the oval fixings, not round ones...

Any of these (non OEM ones) from eBay will do (oval clips), hundreds, all ok for your car....

sorry to hijack thread but how can I repair if the clip is not there (broken by previous owners I guess)? mine is oval clips tho :smiley:

.........dealers mate,there only a few pence.My first GTI came with a broken one.

I have just received an original GTI set, and i would say deffo worth paying the extra. link below, showing both oval and round.
