Title: Audi Multitronic box.

Anyone got any experience with these? Basically wanting to know if they're any good and are there major issues/common faults I should be looking for in one?
An A4 avant is on the list of potential diesels I'm looking at and there seem to be as many of these as there are manuals but not ever having had an auto before I'm a bit wary but if I include these in my search it really does better the chance of me getting the car I want.

Never had any issues what so ever with the Audi boxes unlike my Edition 30 which was a pile of pooh!!!

We are on our 4th Audi with an S Tronic box and would not go back to a manual.  :happy2:

In fact Audi No 5 will also be S tronic  :notworthy:

had a ride in a multitronic a few months back and it was carp,  dsg/ stronic is light years ahead imo
