Title: Heater/aircon dials

How do you replace these dial?
Is it a case of replacing the individual dial,or the entire panel?
The centre one has become worn and I want to replace it and the drivers widow switch before I put the car up for sale next month.

Its the entire control panel, mines done the same, the black has chipped off showing the white underneath. Easy to change and about £70 off ebay. Not sure how much form the dealer.
