Seems sub 8:30 BTGs are quite easy, in something that's apparently slow.
Just goes to show that sorting handling, brakes and tyres is worth a lot more than chucking more power at a car.
-
So what exactly is a stage 2 tune on one of them? Intake, full exhaust and map?
Goes well. :happy2:
-
Sounds like its on R888s
-
So.... How much for all those mods then? €800 for front brake pads.... what else?
-
That is a well set up car, balanced and neutral throughout. I would hazard a guess some wonga spent on running gear. There is no body roll whatsoever on the bends. I am firmly on the fun factor side of the fence put a knarley exhaust on that NA engine and get them well set up and for me it will be far more rewarding taking that on track than having a 350BHP wall of power. :driver:

Are they still going to make the 280hp BRZ STi?:

You can get some larey turbo kits for these in the states... supposedly, 650hp on the stock motor! :surprised:
Subaru are releasing an AWD Turbo Convertible two-seater Diesel Hybrid BRZ. :rolleye:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Well if that doesn't ruin the car, nothing will!
