Post by: SteveyD on August 03, 2009, 06:36:01 pm: I think I breifly introduced mytself before I lost my internet connection, its been a long time since I posted on any of the forums so im going to start fresh......... Hello to all those who know me. and those who dont, currently I own an eddition 30, standard apart from a cheeky little remap and some ds2500 pads. Just like anyone else on here im always tempted to do more.......

I have been a member of the forum some time, mainly watching the build post of jonnyc's edition30, kind of stayed behind the scenes as I had nothing usefull to say lol. Amazing post!

Thought id post a few pics from my trackday on friday at Oulton park spend with my mates from ukmkivs, a few of the forum members turned up from here, a nicely modded eddition 30, and a gti both wearing very expensive boots and looking the part in candy white. Sorry im usless with names but id recognise the cars easily.

im sure a few of you will recognise the white gti I was trying to keep up with all day.

LOL alright mate, ended up running 34 in the fronts and 30 in the rears, that soon cleared up the amazing "for the win" tyre squeel that I had and the side walls thanked me for the air!!

Ha yeah Steve it was indeed, people think that me and Danza are too competitive......... I have absolutly no idea what they are on about, im better lol.

Seriously though thats one quick car on the black stuff......... was a great day, I can settle for 2nd :driver:

I was going to get a white one but VW wanted on average 2.5K more, as much as I love white, im glad to be red.

Same here, do like the white BUT Red is a horid colour to Try and hate, especially after a good Waxing :wink:

HA HA it was hard to tell since I was in my "daily drive"..... or van, pretty nice white Mk5 a few cars in front but couldnt catch up,
