hi guys fairly new to the whole golf thing .. recently bought an ed30.... wondered if anyone has had or heard about a stage 1 map from etune in Scotland ..heard good things about them....cheers

Hi Mate,
Where abouts in Scotland are you?
Do you go to any of the ScottishVag meets?
I'm in Glasgow and would wholeheartedly recommend Ecotune in Hillington.
They are APR distributor for west of Scotland.
I run APR stage 2+ on my gti and so do a lot of people on here who would vouch for the quality.
The main benefit with Ecotune you get a before and after rolling road run with wideband logging and diagnostics. Its not a flash and forget effort. It gives you piece of mind there is no underlying problem before adding software.
APR also allows you to upgrade in stages free of charge for the Software should you decide to keep modding.
Im a self confessed APR and Ecotune fan but i trust them and would like guide people their way.
Cheers, Campbell.

@Adamm Do i know you? As of very recently (sub 3 months) I now work there yes. Prior to my employment I was a customer so i feel my opinion still valid - I trust the team there and at APR.
@cander83 The Betapped dyno day was decent lots of different cars. You should check out the Scotvag meets at xscape usually good.
I think the APR stage one is £598.80 could get a free trial and see how it feels.
