No surprise, but you need to remember that this will not really make that much difference on the price. Until the governments get wise to stop adding so much tax/duty on the stuff not much will change!

Yep the biggest proportion of the price is Fuel Duty and VAT, so you pay tax twice... :mad:

I don't think anyone would be surprised by today's announcement.
