Title: R32 exhaust in standard gti bumper

Has anybody done this? I really like the r32 rear but i dont want to create a replica. Would the centre section of a r32 bumper fit into the gti bumper?(the exhaust part not the entire apron) slso can you get just a back box for the gti that is r32 style?

I wondered this but you would need to plastic weld it in. Much easier to buy an r32 lower half of bumper as then it just clips on. About £130 delivered

I think Big Al did this on his show car. Not easy though
