Hi all, just wanted to say hello, picked up my golf gt tdi 140 on Thursday and loving it so far, changed from a focus st (far too thirsty) so this is my first experience with a diesel and im very impressed with what ive seen

Welcome to the forum. I've only been here for a few months but the things I've learned and the help I have received are first class.  :happy2:

I used to have an ST-2 a few years ago...it was very fast (290bhp), but the big downside was the horrendous fuel economy especially as my daily commute is 50 miles.
I do like the GT TDi models and considered one before I bought my GTi.
