Title: Clunking/grinding seems like ABS kicking in when reversing
Post by: 18Edition30 on May 29, 2013, 09:49:38 pm
Ever since my cars been lowered on Eibach sportlines (few months).

Whenever I reverse out of my drive or reverse into my drive or reverse anywhere for that matter, once reversing, I then come to apply the brakes and sometimes the pedal binds/grinds and clunks just like the ABS is activating.

Only does it sometimes and only in reverse.

Hard to explain but could something be rubbing? Feels like ABS is kicking in but not sure really....

Any ideas?

Ever since springs were fitted.

Really annoying.
Car is manual edition 30.

Cheers will

First port of call would be to find somebody with VCDS and get a scan done.

Would this be ok with dealer scan? Still show up wouldn't it?
