guys help a brother out.
car runs as normal. but i have had a slight rattle coming from almost under the car, this turned into almost an old fashioned "pinking" oise as i put my foot down or dropped a gear,but then it went off as car settled into new speed. and then yesterday it started to have almost like a second engine noise running at same time as tickover,it stopped as i revved slightly but came back.
car in for as ervice today and they cant hear anything.
i,m thinking cambelt/chain/tensioner again but i,m anumpty so any ideas or similar experiences i can get them to check out asap?
