Will this stuff be ok for use in the MK5 GTi?

Flash band from wickes/BnQ etc... Does the same job for a fraction of the price..

Thank's for that mate! :happy2:

I can't comment on the stuff linked as I haven't experienced it, hopefully someone has and can advise. Maybe pop over to talkaudio and see what they say.
There's a guy on there ('loudboy') that sells some top stuff.
From personal experience flashing tape is a complete waste of time and money. Takes 100 times longer to remove when you realise it does nothing but add weight. I'd recommend silent coat all day long.
Cheers

I'm running over 3000watts rms of pure SPL in my mk5..
I've used them all... Best sound deadening combo I've got in my car is dynamat bulk kit and flashband for all the nooks and crannies..

That's the panel liner I was telling you about Sanj, Good for stopping rattles and resonance caused by low frequencies. I only use that to line the door cards and then use Skinz on the outer door skin. Those two work perfectly together.
