Cheap and cheerful often works and I find ArmourAll dash wipes (or are they turtlewax dash wipes I can't remember) in the little tub really good.
They get the dash nice and matt, and helps avoid build up of dust for a good few weeks.

You could spend more but at like £4 from Halfords what's the beef! I use them all over the dash, radio and gear gaitor surround.

I agree 100% with Jay. These ArmorAll wipes give a real good finish. I mean Really good.

I have used the same technique for years.

Hoover the car out. Dash too with a soft brush attachment.

Then I'd spray the front windscreen quite liberally with glass cleaner like windowlene.
The spray tends to land all over the dash, so that was all I would clean it with.
Comes up great with a real nice finish.

Thing is, I tried some of the above mentioned dash wipes and they work AMAZING.

I bought mine in a little Trial pack from Tescos.

Very very good £1 wipes
