Title: Loss of power and exhaust loader ?

Done some searching on why loss of power all of a sudden (not misfire) still goes but feels like something holding it back.
The exhaust has also seemed to have got louder like if blowing. Could they be connected ie exhaust baffles?

First thing I'd do get it up on ramps and inspect the whole exhaust front to back or take it to your garage if you don't have the kit.. Loss of pressure/back-pressure can cause quite a notable loss of power. Are you running a GTi/Standard exhaust setup?

Ok will do. Yes totally standard. Car done 100k on original exhaust so a good innings if it is this.
