If its just a detail spray you are after then Z-8 is great on black.

Or Z-5 followed by two coats of Z-2 then the Z-8 on top. That will produce some serious depth and gloss.

I have used z5 and z8 previously on my old Black Magic Polo with some good results.
BH clay is good too, currently using it.

My dimond black after multiple coats of z6 and z8. Its a very easy product to use and will give a very glass like finish but without the depth or wet look of a wax 8)

I would recommend using Zaino Z-7 show car wash and after towel drying using Z-8 Grande Finale Spray Seal as it:

Leaves a high gloss, high shine, deep, rich, wet finish thanks to advanced optical-clarifying polymers
Leaves an ultra-slick finish that repels dust, dirt, environmental fallout and other stains
Locks in the improved looks and protection for weeks - not days
Contains anti-UV agents to protect your vehicle's finish against damaging sun rays
Is easy to use: wipe on, wipe off

guys do you think I need to buy a wax as well ?

by the way Zaino stocks seem to be pretty low in the UK right now, my order is delayed so if you see any you should snap it up !

I would recommend using a Microfiber Madness Crazy Pile 24" x 16" Towel to buff the Z8.. Send me a pm and I can offer further advice is required.

I was up and at it early today, starting with a rinse with the pressure washer, then autobrite snow foam, rinse, BH auto-wheel, washed with BTBM, rinse, BH auto-clay, dried off the excess, poorboys wheel sealant, Z5 polish, then finished off the bodywork with Z8 grande finale.  Even had a go at the exhaust with some Autosol and low grade wire wool !

Chuffed with the results, will post a few pics soon :)

i did take some pics but it didnt do the car justice as the camera is so poor !
i will try and find a way to get some better pics and post them up.
all the products i used were excellent.
the z5 is so easy to apply - it took 15 mins to apply to the whole car, then just buff off with ease.
the car is absolutely gleaming now and with all the protection even on long journeys it doesn't get too many bugs stuck to the front :)
