Title: Which DV?

This has probably been covered a hundred times before but I'm going to get the DV replaced and I'm not sure what version I need. It's an 07. There seems to be different versions, a D and a G?Do I need a G and what's the difference? Thanks.

Type 'diverter valve' into the search function. After digesting the wealth of information and viewpoints you will have to decide which version to buy.

There isn't an absolute consensus of opinion.

D is a piston type. G is a diaphragm type.

i bought my ed30 with a rev d but after reading the g is supposedly better cos the d could leak i thought for the sake of 35 quid new i best change and tbh noticed no difference in performance or owt really.
