Title: PCV VALVE / POOR MPG?

hI,
How can I tell if my pvc value needs changing? What are the symptoms.
I struggle to get over 30mpg on a run driving sensibly and around 17mpg around town. Is this normal?

With your engine running, pull out the oil dipstick for a few seconds. If the engine starts to run roughly, then your PCV valve is most likely OK.. if the engine note remains unchanged, then you've found your problem  :happy2:
