Title: 5 door glossy window pillar change?

My Edition 30's nice glossy window pillars are looking very sorry for themselves; has anyone experience of replacing them? I've a feeling the door skin has to be removed. It's maybe an opportunity to install privacy rear glass too - easy job?
Appreciate anyone's advice.

And got the local paint shop to tidy mine up!

Thought your idea of privacy glass would of been worth looking into if I hadn't already tidied mine up.

Mine looked like yours and i had them changed. They don't last long so if you have time get the old ones repainted, it will outlast the new ones from vw  :happy2:
