Hi All,

I've got an issue with my MFD2 head unit in my 2006 "56" golf gt.

Has been in the vehicle for 4 months now, never missed a beat or caused a problem until yesterday!

Was on our way home and noticed when I started the car the head unit was saying 'Wrong DVD' inserted instead of the normal 'Destination System Active'

I've tried ejecting the disc but the head unit isn't responding when the button is pressed. Have been through the settings and performed a factory reset, still not allowing disc eject.

Today I've removed the stereo from the car loom, waiting a few minutes then plugged it back in, and still the DVD nav disc won't eject.

Anyone experienced or come across this issue before?

Try inserting a CD into the slot as far as it will go with out forcing it and kind of flick it up while pressing the eject button. It should eject the disc.
