Title: Milltek Warranty - Anyone tried to claim - Any success ??

I have emailed and included photo's of both issues to their technical support this evening, fingers crossed they willing to help sort it out.

Sorry but you are misrepresenting my statement.
I'm not saying that Milltek (at their discretion) won't offer a warranty claim to someone other than the original purchaser but the legal warranty lies between Milltek and the original purchaser.

Post by: Mandy on July 11, 2013, 08:22:15 am: Sorry, what I meant was in certain cases Milltek may honour a warranty claim even when you are not the original purchaser, obviously this is at the discretion of Milltek like you said. From experience, their customer service is very good. :happy2:

To my knowledge Milltek is honoring their warranty in almost all the cases :happy2:

Because of it I'll stick to scorpion from now on. They are cheaper anyway

Disappointing tbh. Your supposedly paying a premium for a quality product so 2nd time round shouldn't happen provided its fitted properly :surprised:
