Just got a quote from vw of £270 to supply and fit an new injector in cylinder 2 does this seem about right price the technition said its an hours work
-
the injector is £140 if its an s3 one so its a reasonable price
-
No just standard gti injector
-
A specialist would be much cheaper in 90% of cases. VW's hourly rate isn't exactly cheap :sad1:
-
It works out £100 for the hour to do the job
-
only an hour to do an injector?
ring a few indys but i feel it might be more than an hour they quote
-
I would take it. I was charged more at JKM :surprised:
-
I'm selling a GTI injector for £13. PM if interested :happy2:
-
make sure vw are ONLY going to charge you that, and when it takes 2/3 hours they charge more.
-
He said it only an hours labour to change the injector, should it take longer than an hour

i would have thought so. but providing its a set quote its a good price.
