I have everything installed..fw4020.

I cant get into the hdd,

I've tried reset.
I've tried SD card and there's no copy function, cd and theres no copy function.

The dvd don't work it says disc error and it only says cd on media screen it did say cd/dvd if I can remember right.

can someone help.
