Title: Are Mud flaps cool or seriously uncool

Just wondering wether to fit mudflaps to my car or not.......What do you think?

rallyflapz can look mean on evos etc though.. i had them on my rs and didnt mind them but wasnt 100%

Post by: flatout on July 16, 2013, 07:10:46 pm: ive got just fronts fitted on mine,they are universal ones from motosave but i have fitted them so they are only stuck out about an inch thats all,just enuff to be functional but not too stickyouty.

If you like them get them stuck on.

Also über practical when you live down a farm track, I like washing my car but in the winter it can get real messy, these help keep the sh*te off (only got them on the front)

each to their own but the OEM ones on the Golf, be it a MK5 or 6 or even 7 for that matter they do absolutely NOTHING and are a waste of time and money. plus they actually hold dirt and water against the body which is never good.

Mud baths are for people not cars!

so its a no from me. :grin:

No, they're a red lip painted on to the wheels.
