Title: Mk5 golf Gti red (Recaro tartan buckets)
Post by: Nayo on July 23, 2013, 12:24:19 am: So just picked up this 2 days ago absolutely mint car fair play to its previous owner full service history and condition is immaculate just turned 57k miles 2007, great fun car to drive and having drove a standard gti I have to say the bespoke map absolutely transforms the car.

Current mods are

remap to 260bhp

K&n filter

Wheels painted anthracite

Yea it was pretty hard, had to take the seats out and take the cloth off the seats i had a heat gun and took my time but really happy with how it turned out tho.

Nothing this size just few smaller bits I've done before was me and a mate doing it u really need 2 people when ur working with 1 big piece of vinyl

Also got some yellow lamin-x and did my fog lights

Not really sure If i like the noise of the spacer will see over next few days can always remove it and it really is quite loud, so far is holding boost perfectly as some people have noticed loss of boost throughout rev range

Had been through another owner from OP and take it from me you would not really want the car in the state it was sold in...recaro's were even in poor shape boulster wise as they were offered to me before the sale.
