Title: AIRBAG FAULT after removing speedo.. HELP!

Hi,
I recently removed my speedo to inspect it as my trip button is not working.  Had a play with it but still no joy.
Now I have an AIR BAG FAULT showing on dash??  Should I have had the battery discounted when taking out speedo?
HOW TO I GET RID OF THIS AIRBAG FAULT CODE?

Also the speedo needle has now dropped to below zero.  I have reajusted it back to where it should be but as soon as you plug the speedo back into dash it just dropped again.  (Speedo will still work buy is about 20mph out)

Any info on how I can fix this would be great!

Yeah you should have taken the battery off. Needs to be reset with vcds now

No idea about the needle!

x2 VCDS will clear the code,

Not sure about the needle problem  :ashamed:
