Hi All,
I've been meaning to get this posted up since I carried out the work in Feb. Took me a while to put together.
Guide Includes:
- Removal of inlet manifold
- Injector replacement
- Cleaning the valve ports
- Changing the RS4 fuel pressure valve (with inlet manifold removed)
I have used the forums for a good few years now and have always found a wealth of knowledge and help from other members so I though it was a good time to do a ‘How To’ for this task and return the favour to the community!
I couldn’t find a guide dedicated the 2.0 TFSI engine in my Mk.2 Leon Cupra (1P - transversely mounted).
The PDF in the link is based on how I carried out the removal, with some of my photo’s and info & images taken from a few other forums/sites plus guides that I came across whilst searching for info.
Allow yourself a bit of time to carry this out without being rushed. This was my first time removing the inlet manifold, it is a fiddly task that takes a little patience, it took me the equivalent time of a weekend to remove everything, clean the valves and re-install it all.

I take no responsibility for any damage caused whilst following this guide.
Cheers all

Great work Lee :congrats:
Now we want to see a review on the newer version of the KW V3! :P Many, like we didn't will be unaware of the design improvements compared to the older V3.

Will do mike. I'll give it a couple of days of use and get something written up. ;-)
