As the title, you regulates Volkswagen car dealers? Financial companies have FSA, Solicitors have SRA, so who regulates the likes of VW dealerships etc?
(yes... STILL having problems with the dealership who sold me a faulty GT170!!! Just when I thought it was coming to an end!!)
-
Tried customer relations/services at VW UK?
-
we all do....take your business to another one
-
Customer Services said they weren't interested!!! Told me its between me and the Sales people at the dealership!! So, what's the point in customer services then??!
I am fuming!! I have written a letter to the dealership, giving them 14 days, but no response as yet, and it's half way through the 14 days! Just wanted to know if they are meant to have a company who makes sure they stick to the rules, that I could send a complaint to as well!
-
so whats the problem with your replacement GTI?
-
Paul - Nothing wrong with my new GTI! I lost a lot of money on my previous Golf, which I should never have done (it was faulty from day one!), and they haven't even settled the old finance yet, which I am still paying for at the moment, on top of my new finance!!!
AND no one bothers returning my calls at the dealers!!

A letter from a solicitor can help, though you have to pay.
If you subscribe to Which magazine they have a free, very effective consumer advice system.
Tried your local CAB?
Feel really sorry that it has reached this stage for you though.

We have free legal advice at work, so they have told me what to do for now. I might contact a solicitor tomorrow to see how much a letter will be, just in case.
I really thought once I had my new car it would be all over... How wrong was I!
For the record... VW never called me back!!
