Title: It just died !

Can any one help with this.
Just driving along and the car died! It's like someone just turned the engine off no instrument lights at all and the car will not crank  but all the windows headlights and radio works fine.
I've got a error code of 02403.
Any help would be appreciated as I am at lose as to what to do next

I suppose the model of car would help its a
07 edition 30 golf

Check the engine fuse box for corrosion on the fuse links!

Checked all the fuses I've got power in all the right places and to the starter.
If the instrument cluster is died would that stop the car from cranking ?

Most likely, immo built in to the cluster.

Had exactly the same turned out to be ignition relay. Was relatively cheap so I hope yours turns out to be the same.
