Title: changing new cam follower
Post by: Janner_Sy on August 24, 2009, 01:43:06 pm: anybody know of a how to on changing the cam follower. i have the new follower already so may as well change it when i do the fuel pump

Very very easy to do an once you have the pump off it will take literally 5 seconds to swap

Make sure you bleed the excess fuel from the pump via the Schrader valve before you start and dismantling!

Its on the fuel pump body should have a dust cap on it, it operates like tyre inflation valve, press the needle in the middle to release pressure, better put a rag or similar around it when doing it though :happy2:
