Title: s3 map sensor

Hi I have just fitted a k04 to my gti is the s3 map sensor any differnet to the standard gti one?

Just done this conversion and I  had to use my original gti one

The S3 one is 3 bar. You should not swap your present 2.5 bar one  without switching to a S3/ED30 ecu as well.

The S3 one is 3 bar. You should not swap your present 2.5 bar one  without switching to a S3/ED30 ecu as well.

S3 ecu won't work on a vw, has to be an ED30 ecu.  :happy2:

Well at the minute I am running a stage 2 map I will be getting it mapped again after I have my new injectors etc but It is weird, when I go WOT I get power then it kind of backs off until I take my foot off and put it back down I get the power back :S no fault codes could it be overboost? :scared:
