Has anyone fitted after market top mounts to their golf?

did you have a thin nut for top of the shocker, instead of the thick stantard one.

was there a cup for the spring to sit in to.

VWR Race mounts rule  :evilgrin: takes all the slack out of the engine or go for the one with rubber in them if you want a comfy drive  :rolleye:

....Mat's new solid VWR engine mounts have obviously shaken up and reshuffled his brain! :evilgrin:
