Hi guys
Quick question I was under the car on Saturday (golf gti)
And noticed the driver side intercooler pipe is broken and leaking.
It's an alloy pipe and the rubber pipes go in and come out each side,
Now by the looks of things it looks like it the alloy pipe is broken where can I get a new one from thanks

A Vw approved dealer

No where else

No where else
Very doubtful fella
Although TPS might be worth a go if you have access to a trade account.

Ok mate thanks
I'm going to upgrade to the s3 intercooler will I still need these alloy pipes
-
Best thing to do mate is place a photo up of the damaged pipe to help people respond. when installed my S3 cooler i only changed the 2 rubber hoses with bayonet connectors

It's the alloy pipe drivers side I think it's the discharge pipe it broken and leaking.

Yip you will need it for the s3 cooler, if its the alloy pipe ! Infact if your car is an 06 plate or below ( depending if its a late 06 or early 06 plate ) you may need a differant pipe altogether to fit the s3 cooler.
The s3 cooler is a great upgrade for the K03 IMO
Mine was a late 06 plate but I bought the pipe just incase I needed it, but ended up not using it.
So I've got a brand new unused one here - if I remember correctly they were about £44 from the dealer, you you fancy mine £20 delivered
