Title: What do I need to dooo?
Post by: Veee-dubber on August 20, 2013, 07:49:32 am
Hey all.

I am looking to order my new alloys this week and was wondering what else I will need to complete the set up, the rears are 9.5J so I'm wondering what else I will need to set up without any issues?

1) What is optimal stretch? - I don't want anything daft & I know this raises lots of opinions but i'm looking at it from a purely functional reason i.e elliminating any rubbing.

2) How low can I go? - Car is not lowered as want to do this all in one hit to get it right, how low will I be able to go? again nothing and must be functional.

3) Do I need to run negative camber?

4) Do I need to do the arch screw mod?

5) Do I need to consider anything else?

Sizes of my new alloys are as follows:

2 X  18X8.5,  ET 35,  PCD  5 X 112,  CB 72.6
2 X  18X9.5,  ET 35,  PCD  5 X 112,  CB 72.6

Would really appreciate any help guys, I know a fair few of you guys run 9.5J rears, what issues if any have you had?

Cheers  :happy2:

Chris.
