I am running stage 2+ with s3 intercooler, hpfp etc.
I logged the setting using vagcom, anything over boost 7, the car has trouble meeting requested. I can run timing 7 all year round, and no matter what boost i have set the pull is always minimal, 3 being the highest on any cylinder.
The k03 seems maxed out at boost 7, as actual boost is very similar on any setting from 7 to 9, the only difference being the amount requested. It peaks at almost 22 psi, and holds well to 6k, so no leaks.
My question is, would there be any detriment to having it on boost 9? For example, will the car run better if actual/requested boost are similar? It seems to make little difference looking at the figs....
