Title: my poorly gti
Post by: vwrascal on December 01, 2008, 06:30:57 pm: some 17yo idiot decided to reverse his heap of s*** into my pride and joy!
damage to gti - new wing, front bumper repairing, new shock+knuckle and respraying, cost Ã‚Â£1150
damage to his clio - scratched rear bumper, cost probably Ã‚Â£t-cut, SODS LAW!
got her back about a month ago, hes refusing liability, my insurance company say
they will go to court if nescesary! worst thing is i have Ã‚Â£1000 voluntry excess, (because
i a youngun) so its my money :scared:

thats basically wot my insurance company are saying, hes now trying to say its 50-50,
fingers crossed I get my money back!
