Post by: Jaywoo-GTI on August 27, 2009, 09:27:57 am

Now that would be funny.

Pull up next to some flash BMW/Merc wave at them let them floor it to get away a bit

Engage nitrous and fly right by waving  :jumping: :jumping: :jumping:

Regal have nitrous on their GTI. By all accounts Chris empties the bottle on a weekly basis :signLOL:

Must be fun though...470bhp and then nitrous on top :driver:

Is it pretty safe on a modern engine? Is only a 50 shot with 10sec progresive controller that i have.

If you have a progressive shot then 50bhp extra on a 250bhp car should still be in the limitations of the engine and the transmission.

If you had a stage 2+ ED30, then a 50 shot would probably be the straw that broke the camel's back without uprated pistons/rods.

Might try it but just get a 25 bhp jet instead so i know its gonna be safe.
