Title: Rear light marks
Post by: JoeDarKa on August 28, 2013, 05:21:13 pm
Any tips for getting marks off the rear lights? Has anyone tried wet sanding them? Will have a go with the DA first though

Using the DA certainly cleaned up my swirls on the lights.

Or you could use the 'chip foose' razor blade method  :signLOL:

A friend of mine used 2500 soaked in fairy liquid and water over night, wet sanded and then brought back using 3M products and his DA. Worked a treat.

You can wet sand lights but you'll need a rotary polisher to bring it back up

What pads/compound did you use to do this mate?
