Hi guys,
Just wanting some advice on spacers for my K1. Should I go with H&R as i've heard these are the best (though pricey) or would FK be a good alternative?
I've priced H&R Hubcentric 12mm for the rear and 8mm for the front and they are about £40 dearer than FK's 13mm and 8mm hubcentric. Are the H&R's worth the extra or are the FK ones as good? Any money saved would be going toward a Revo intake.
Cheers

They are both hubcentric as you say so I can't see there being much difference. I have run unbranded hubcentric spacers before (with longer bolts obviously) and not had any issues.

Believe the h&r ones are lighter if that helps...
-
IMO go for the H&R ones...

There is a HUGE difference.
Do any amount of research and you will see FK adaptors and bolt-on spacers stripping threads, in car parks and on motorways...
H&R every single time.

Yeah i've been reading up and H&R looks to be the winner!
Anyone any idea how long the thread is on the bolts for the 12mm ones? Need to order a set of locking nuts.

Stock bolts are 27mm so round up from there
EG 27+12 = 39 so get 40 or 42mm bolts

Cheers. Any ideas on the best place to get a set of 40mm locking bolts?

If you have oem rims then you can get the 41mm McGard locking bolts. At that length they only do the standard locker and not the more secure Ultra version.

Cheers. Still have the OEM wheels so these will do nicely. Are they good bits of kit?
