Title: What's the best intake for a ko3?
Post by: Homer on September 11, 2013, 08:39:12 pm
In terms of power gains- I know people use to rave about Forge Twintake but is the Revo one better performance wise? Or are others better? Also can you keep the engine cover with the revo one? Thanks

No you can't without cutting/modifying the original cover.

I didn't like the loss of low down torque with my intake, so went back to the standard airbox.. just some food for thought. :happy2:  The K04 guys will be used to this. JK. :happy2:

It's either cut your existing one or get a TT one like others have

My one on with a modified standard cover can't comment on power yet as I've still not got it mapped! Sounds great! (https://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fdaz.co%2Fmedia%2Fa535%2FImconrad%2F20130908_105228_zpsa5286007.jpg&hash=715696e6f7ca0d84bdeda96f4bf9507d7f1ec21c)
