I have a C drive - 200gb and a D drive - 100gb
I want to reduce the D drive to around 10gb and increase the C drive by the remaining 90gb
I did it on another computer , think it was running vista or may have been before that
Any links or any help appreciated

right click my computer, manage. on the left under storage click on disk management, Then i think you skrink the D drive by right clicking it, which leaves you with unallocated space, and then you need to merge the unallocated space to the C drive.
Something along those lines

If the C: drive holds your active windows system files you might not have the option to extend the partition. The usual method is as explained above but you might find the options are greyed out due to the OS being on it.
If this is the case let me know and I'll dig out the software that'll allow you to do this.
