I have a 2005 mk5 tdi sport (105) and I believe that it came with 18" wheels as standard due to the fact that the space saver is a 18" and also inside the fuel cap area it has the gen vw info sticker with the psi ratings for my 18" wheels! I always thought that the r32 18"s were reps!
Anyone shed any light on this???????
It also comes with footwell lighting, 6 speed, cruise control, folding elec mirrors and puddle lights!
-
Mine came with 16s, no cruise control or puddle lights.

They are called "hockenheim"
-
So it would have come with 18" hockenheim not 18" 32's?
-
The Hocks are 16"
-
So how come its got ss 18" and psi info for 18"s?
-
My mk5 sport came with a 18" space saver i think.. no idea about the fuel cap.
-
Any1 else have a clue about this?
-
Might have had a new fuel cap.
-
Sorry didn't explain it properly, it on the inside of the fuel cap door!
-
Theres virtually no way it came with 18s from the factory.. i dont think they were even an option!
-
You can go to the dealers and they can tell you which wheels your car left the factory with if you really wanna know
-
Not too fussed what wheels it came with, just trying to understand why there are 2 major things that point to the fact that this car has 18" wheels!
-
Maybe they were optional extras from the beginning

I know. That could have been changed at some point.
